LEGAL AND SCHOLARLY STUFF
Neutralizing the Effects of Gender Discrimination Through a Rethinking of Economic Pressures
Problems with the Geneva Conventions brought to light by events of Sept. 11
A paper on the First Amendment constitutionality of mixed-sexmarriage requirements.
ACTUALLY, SORRY, BUT... this paper is unavailable for a while. New developments in this area have put me a bit "behind the times." Until it's updated, sorry...
A legal article I wrote for the Los Angeles Daily Journal, Nov. 15, 2002. It's about percipient expert witnesses. Ooh, ahh...
Another legal article I wrote for the Los Angeles Daily Journal, which they are publishing but haven't set a date for... This one's on contract clauses that purport to waive interest on judgments...
Feedback is always welcome. If you'd like to contact me with responses to any of the above, please feel free to write me. However, while thoughts and feedback are welcome, nastiness isn't. If you find something you don't like and your response is nothing more than a diatribe about my faults as a human being, the only thing that will happen is I won't read it. It won't even make me very angry... I'll just delete it and if it happens to much I'll put that fancy shmancy law education to work on seeing how to go about pursuing legal action against folks who harass... So don't do it. But if you have "real" comments, I'm always open and interested!
