SO...have you heard? We're buying a house! Yes, you read that correctly! I know its unbelievable, but we really are!
It's just a few blocks from our current residence, a block from the school and a half block from the park. An ideal location, to say the least!
It has: 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, family room, eat-in kitchen and dining room. It is 2,238 sq ft. Thats like, more than DOUBLE what we have now!
Outside it has: a swingset, treehouse, basketball hoop, covered sandbox, and our favorite feature: a LARGE deck, fully enclosed and covered. Just beautiful!
If all goes well, and the loan officer assures us it will, then we will be closing in 30 days! Wish us luck! |
