August 25th
Today is Cameron's first day of school. We're gonna need a 2nd car ASAP cause as it turns out, Cameron is a walker. Now, thats fine, his school is only just over half a mile away, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk there. But its gonna get COLD soon! eek! Anyway, we walked to school today and everything went well until it was time for me to leave, then poor Cameron was in tears. His teacher said it was best if I just leave, which was SO hard for me. It goes against every mothering instinct in my body to walk away from my crying child. Im sure he is fine though, he's a tough kid, you know? |
