1998 - Drew Henson, QB - Brighton
As a High School Senior connected on 132 out of 243 passes for 2,305 yards and 26 touchdowns.  Also ran for 388 and another 11 scores. In his High School career, Drew passed for over 5,600 yards and 52 touchdowns.  Drew was also a fabulous punter averaging an astounding 45.7 yards per kick in his High School career.  Consensus High School All-American.
1999 - T.J. Duckett, LB - Kalamazoo Loy Norrix
As a High School Senior rushed for 1,623 yards and 21 touchdowns and 808 yards and 8 touchdown passes.  Also defensive standout, he made 102 tackles, 9 sacks and caused 4 fumbles.  As a Junior accounted for 2,080 total yards and 20 TD's from his QB position and had 140 tackles, 3 sacks and 2 INT's at his linebacker spot.  Consensus High School All-American.
2000 - Charles Rogers, WR - Saginaw
As a High School Senior caught 40 passes for 760 yards and 14 touchdowns and rushed for another 125 yards and 2 scores.  Returned 2 kicks for scores.  As a Junior had 53 catches for 956 yards and 14 scores.  126 catches for 2,644 yards and 36 touchdowns in his prep career.  Consensus High School All-American.
2001 - Kelly Baraka, RB - Portage Northern
As a High School Senior rushed for 1,610 yards and 28 touchdowns including 6 touchdowns on 13 carries against Niles. Also caught  7 passes for another 115 yards.  As a Junior rushed for 1,574 yards and averaged an eye popping 8.6 yards per carry.    Set a school record with 306 yards rushing in a single game.  Consensus High School All-American.
2002 - Gabriel Watson DL - Southfield
4-Year starter as an offensive and defensive tackle.  Runs a 4.9 40 and has a 450 pound bench press.  Had 57 tackles and  3 sacks on defense as a High School Senior.  Dominating force on both sides of the line.  Southfield ran 85% of its plays behind Big Gabe. Consensus High School All-American.
