Romiche is a combination of Roxanne & Micheline Pigeon. Living in northern Ontario, Canada, I first registered my kennel name in 1972...little did I know that my daughter Roxanne would come to share my passion for pekes! Ch Douce Mimi De Romiche, a Ch.St. Aubrey Yankee Boi of Elsdon granddaughter, was our first champion pekingese in 1973. Teaching full time, attending university part-time and raising two daughters put an end to my involvement in showing pekes for over twenty years. In 1996 Roxanne and I shared the "Romiche" affix. My foundation bitch , Ch Rodari Temple Bell aka Beauté, a gorgeous red six month old puppy was bought from Barbara Melless and quickly finished her title in June 1997. The dogs seen on our website are descended from our foundation bitch. Our dogs are all cherished members of our family, are raised in our homes and take turns sharing our beds at night.
