Welcome to the Micronation of Pacary! Pacary is a micronation. It's a simulation of a nation, on the internet. Pacary's form of government is direct democracy. The nation is run by the people. The most important part of the government structure is the People's Congress, where the law is created and voted on. It replaces the parliament (the legislative branch) in other nations. A People's Congress gives more opportunity to the citizens: In a parliamentary democracy, representatives of the people are chosen. But these representatives will never think exactly the same about everything as you do. Therefore, a direct democracy is more accurate. A citizen of Pacary can get done what he wants, if the majority of people agrees with him, as the people also are in charge of drafting prepositions. Furthermore, Pacary is not all politics. Most people think that politics are... boring. Pacary is also a community, people meet eachother and have fun. There is also a simulated economy.
