The Shemesh Litter arrived October 15, 2005. Parents are Midbar Or M'Bustan Ha Galil and Midbar Kesem Calanit. There are 5 bitches and 4 dogs in a rainbow of colors: 2 tris, 2 peachy creams, 1 ivory colored feathered for sure, 1 agouti cream/red, 1 sabled red, 1 sabled grey, and one probably Calanit's color.

Midbar Kesem Nefertari was awarded the bitch CAC and was Best Bitch at the show in Hoisdorf (Germany) August 28, 2004 under judge Mrs Tromp-Pruijn (Netherlands).
Midbar Kesem Layla was Best of Breed at the Colorado Rhodesian Ridgeback Club ASFA trial July 24, 2004 for 16 points and a first placement.
Midbar Kesem Nefertari owned by Astrid Sochtig received an Excellent 3rd place her first time in the Open class at the CAC show in Hanover Germany under judge Mr Sistermann.
Gail, the dogs and all of Gail's photos and books have safely arrived at their new home in Las Lunas, New Mexico. The dogs are enjoying their new yards and glad to be out of the 110 degree heat.
