Go vegetarian or vegan...
October 6 2007.
I've been vegetarian for more than 9 whole months now! I'm lovin' every minute of it. I've been a full-fledged, non-meat-eating vegetarian. No pesco-vegetarian even. Just plain old vegetarian. It so fulfilling for me. Judge me--do whatever, i dont care, i love being vegetarian. <3 Oh! and i wrote down there that i think milk is gross, well some weird thing happened and i drink a glass almost every day. I dunno, maybe it was the cookies my grandmother made me every day. lol.

TIME TO UPDATE!!! =D
March 9th, 2007
Guess what everyone? I finally took the first steps to becoming a vegetarian. I did so about a month ago, and I couldn't feel any better with  myself. I should be getting my starter kit from PETA, even though I've already started, soon. This all began the beginning of February 2007, when i officially cut out red meat. I did that for two weeks (which wasn't hard at all) and then cut out all pork and red meat. As of last week (today is march 9th) I am no longer eating any meats except for chicken. Gah, chicken may not be as easy for me to get rid of just because it makes meals easier for my parents. I have already begun to eliminate all animal byproducts (ie gelatin, processed sugars, etc.) and have called/e-mailed numerous companies to assure myself that there are no animal byproducts in their goods. I AM SO EXCITED! And thank you all for your support. I appreciate it very much!

I feel so hyprocritical. Here I am going all pro-vegan and pro-vegetarian, and I'm a damn meat-eater. Everytime I eat meat, though, it's sickening to me to think that it was a once living, breathing, feeling animal and is now going to be masticated and ingested by me to become my own beating flesh. I am taking life and making it my own. Once I turn 18, I am going to be vegetarian. When I move out and go to college, I'll be vegetarian. When I turn 18, I am going to trade my meat and dairy products for beans and soy products--Milk is just gross, and soy products taste better anyway. Have you ever had vegan-safe cheese? Yeah--it's better. Way better.
Even my once-favorite meals bring guilt into my mind and no longer appeal to me. So if you are able to be vegetarian or a vegan, save the animals, because they have feelings too, and anyone who has feelings, deserves to live.
