I walked along the bushes to get to the dock as I reach it I see the skies
so clear and the stars are all out.
I can hear the waves crashing up on the shore,I sit along the edge of the
dock my feet hanging over trying to touch the water with no
luck at all, so I lay back and gaze at the stars so bright and twinkling,
such as I gaze into your sleeping face,
I can see it so clear when I close my eyes, as if you
were lying here beside me.
The moon is bright red, just as the night we were together,
I stare at
it thinking of that night, us Laughing, and looking at each other there's
nothing else but a smile that can cross my lips at this point, the memories
I hold dear the thoughts I keep deep within my mind will never fade, unlike
the night.
To have your hands upon my face, the gentleness of your touch is much like
the night, quiet and serene. Your eyes gazing into mine, a sense of peace
overwhelms my heart
I long for that touch much like I long for the night. I know when night
begins to fall, I will talk to you and again a smile will appear.
It is that smile that keeps me going and waiting for the days that we can
be together gain.
I tell myself that one-day I will have to wait no Longer, That all of my
dreams of you will come true as the ones before.
I stretch
out my arms reaching and reaching trying to touch the stars, a single tear
appears within my eyes it is becoming clear that I'll never reach the stars
just as
I'll never reach your heart. Why is this world so cold ,why do people hurt
from new to old?
The beauty of the sky, the stars, the trees, the deer, the butterflies
that flutter when I walk near, The birds that sing
in the morning time, I'd give it all up just to have you say.. That you
are mine.
But time will tell and love will show and this world will continue from
new to old.
And when you read this know my love is true and all the love I hold in
my heart, a smile will cross your face as it does mine, even though we
are miles apart.
