Hopeless Angel
By: Jean K.

Hesitant angel who fell from heaven
Your beauty lays upon the cold gray earth
you are a sincere gift one life has given
To all of our existance you gave birth

I watch as you whisper hopes and sweet dreams,
kiss souls, caress hearts, but ignore the mind.
Your presence is like the cold moon it seems,
here for a while, but then gone, hard to find.

You, the wind that wanders to forever,
Innocence dancing in the fields of time.
You are hopeless power none can sever,
your song is as gentle and soft as wind chimes.

You are the hopeless angel watching me,
so one day I could find serenity.
