Superhuman Abilities: Jessica is a powerfull psychic who's incredible gift has resulted in various abilities. In addition to standard telekinetic abilities such as psionic manipulation of objects/materials, levitation, and flight she is able to controll a form of psionic energy that can lash out with powerfull concussive force. She is able to manipulate and enforce her body through psionic means bestowing her with superhuman durability, strength, and speed (she is only able to controll two of these aspects of her power at any given time)that she is able to increase and controll with great mental and physical strain.

Weaknesses: Jessica is a powerfull psychic whose incredible gift has resulted in a link between her mind and body, her speed, strength, durability, and the power of her psionic energy vary and can be increased a great deal with mental strain and concentration. It seems when she overexerts herself that it takes a great toll on her both mentally and physically, her mental state deterorating temporarily the more power she uses, and the longer she uses them . With her super strength activated she is typically a level 15, and though she has the ability to increase this to a level 20 at her body and minds ABSOLUTE limit doing so would surely drive her insane, do severe damage to her body, or both. It seems the higher her strength level gets the more agressive she becomes.

History: Jessica's abilities began to manifest themselves at the age of 11 as standard telekinetic abilities i.e levitation and manipulation of herself and objects, within a year she had begun to create the red psionic energy she now controlls. By age 14 the link between her body and her mental abilities had begun to establish itself in the form of her super speed, and by 15 the link had reached its current state adding the ability to manipulate her strength and durability. It is possible that as she grows older her link between mind and body may begin to take new forms.

Info: Jessica has been an avid comic book fan since early childhood, when her powers began to manifest she kept them hidden from everybody and only practiced developing her powers in privacy. By the age of 16 she decided that she had enough controll over her powers, and decided it was time to defend her city. Influenced by her love of comic books she dawned a cliche` red scarf, and a pair of goggles in place of a mask, the rest of her 'costume' consisting of simple street clothes.
