Indiana Beach

I would recommend anyone to go to Indiana Beach in Monticello Indiana.  Right on Lake Shafer, it is always a brilliant sight to see.  They have 5 roller coasters and plenty of rides.  It is a very fun summertime resort for the entire family.

This is my favorite picture of the Cornball Express. Cornball is a Custom Coasters International roller coaster and is 75 feet tall.  It shows perfectly how the log flume sprays the track (and sometimes the riders also.)  It also shows the magnificent second hill.

This picture shows the part where the Cornball wraps around the Tig'rr which  is another Indiana Beach coaster.  You can also probably notice the part of the Cornball where there's metal "head choppers"  which are surprisingly low.

This picture shows the train of the Cornball Express going into the helix portion of the ride.

Going past the Tig'rr, through the head choppers, over Lake Shafer.

This is a picture was taken on the suspension bridge before the gate.  From this you can get a good view off the  97 foot CCI Hoosier Hurricane and the Cornball Express.

The Hurricane has a out and back layout, with a second drop goes under the suspension bridge which is quite a experience.

This is a picture of the Tig'rr.  It is a 45 foot high Anton Schwarzkopf Jet Star no restraints and has sharp right turns.  It is one where you have to turn your body right at the turns so you don't hit your head on the handrail.  All in all it is a very good ride.

This is a closer picture of the helix on the Cornball.

This is the Gyronaut.  It's pretty self explanatory.  It costs $3.00 a ride but it's worth it.  It's still not really something to do every single time you visit though.

View of Cornball's first drop.

This is the Double Shot.  It uses compressed air to launch riders to the top of the tower.  It provides great airtime when you get to the top.  Truly a great ride.

It looks a lot larger when you're in line than when you walking to get to it.

This is the the 45 foot, 35 foot drop SDC, Galaxi.  It is small but it still packs a punch with two large helixes.

Water Slides from the water park circle the layout of Galaxi.

The brand new sign for the Galaxi.  Too bad there is no bulbs in it as of now.

This is Superstition Mountain.  I been on it once and it's a family ride.  It might be a little thrilling to young children.  As of 2002 this ride has become no more and is a new rollercoaster by CCI.

This is the Giant Wheel which is on the south end of the peninsula.  Hoosier Hurricane turns around behind it.

This is the Falling Star which delivers good lateral g's as well as negative g's.

Music Express is spinning flat ride which good laterals that send you to the side of the car.  It also goes backwards as well as forwards.

The Flying Bobs is a hovering form of the Music Express.

Paratrooper gives the sensation of flying while coming back down and almost hitting your feet on a bar.  Bumper Boats are below in a blocked off park of Lake Shafer.

This is the Scrambler which pushes you into the side of you seat.

The Water Swing is unique because it flies right over Lake Shafer and you get tilt frontward and backward.

Sea Dragon is the usual Viking ship ride which gives good negative g's.

Tilt-A-Whirl is a spinning ride which you get pressed to your seat.  If you have enough people, it can be easy to get sick on.

This is the Big Flush.  It is a water slide that you ride in a raft in total darkness or in a blue slide.
