As a Technical Writer within the Sales Promotion Company (Park Online Ltd) involved producing basic guides for a Windows NT telesales system (Customer Facing System) and a Personnel database (Easy Personnel). As acting Database Curator for the HR/Personnel database, required the collection and maintenance of employee data.

Curation duties included familiarisation with MS Access, the design of new Reports and Forms by Visual Basic and production of new Tables/Queries followed by Analyses by MS Excel or publication as MS Word Documentation. The Curator post was a proactive position requiring the successful demonstration of accurate methodical working and good interpersonal skills with a high degree of customer care and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
