Mifflin Fire Dept. held it's first ever Motorcycle show on July 27th, 2002.
The weather (Gray Skies) held us back on the amount of participants ( it kept the fair weather riders at home) but did not interfere with the quality of the bikes and riders that did come and enter the show. We had bikes from all over the state of Pennsylvania and From Maryland as well.
The day included a live radio broadcast by WCHX 105.5 from Lewistown, a Chicken Bar-B-Que, D. J. Mifflin Express, Food, Raffles, Tattoos, Baked goods, and of course Trophies.
It seems a good time was had by all.

To all of you at the Mifflin Fire Company # 2 and Capt. Hertz
Just a note to thank you all for your email of the site, and again another thank you for the very enjoyable day. Keep up the good work.
Although I am from West Virginia and not a part of your community, I am very proud to see a Fire Company that works so well together as a team. And to the community I say that you are very lucky to have them on your side.
                         Thank you again
