Saving money
So, you've been in new-age shops, seen all the beautiful priced athames and wands.Wondered if there was an alternative to paying  for a ridiculous priced wand.Well no need for you to wonder anymore because now there are ways to get around those ridiculous prices...........
1.Have a search through your house; ask parents, relatives for anything you see. This is how I found my salt and water bowls plus my bell.
2.Don't be scared to try charity shops, car-boot sales or cheap antique shops as these can sometimes have great buys for only a fraction of the price you would have paid.
3.Try buying candles in bulk, this way it may save you money over a long period of time.
4.Put some money each week into a savings account especially for Wicca. Then when you have a decent amount go to your nearest new-age shop or bookshop then spend it all.
5.If you can't get hold of a new-age CD and your parents won't let you buy it on the net, look in music sites such as KaZaA and download the songs. You could also go to your local library and borrow it then tape it.
6. Go to places like IKEA and have a look; you never know what you may find.I found my lantern, tealight holders, tealights and offering plate for under £6 for the lot.
7.Persuade your parents to grow the herbs you want then you could easily nick them!
