| Here's how to make your very own ritual rattles - great for using in a ritual. |
| Here's what you need: Empty pringles tin (or similar) Dried split peas/lentils (you know the kind you put in soup) Glue A4 white/coloured piece of paper |
| Method: |
| 1)Grab an empty pringles tin (or similar) |

| 2)Fill it partially up with split peas/lentils |
 |
| 3) Tape the lid down on the pringles tin |
 |
| 4) Wrap an A4 piece of paper around the tin and glue |
 |
| 5) Tape around the top of the tin as shown... |
 |
| 6)....decorate and tada you have a rattle |
