Boomerang part one
At the end of this episode, Mr. Wells appears as Mr. Toohey, who offers his service as a witness to get the alleged murderer of his friend convicted.
Boomerang part two
In this episode, Toohey gets into a fight with the defendant, which leads to a fight between the prosecutor (Mic Brumby) and the defending lawyer (Harmon Rabb) (who fight for different reasons!). Later in court, Toohey can't prove in the witness box that the defendant is guilty, because he wasn't there. When he has to leave the witness box, he looks quite angry at Harm.
