Sequoia

Justin liked cars. He called it a fetish. He could inspect a car for hours on end and be as entertained as ever.

When Justin realized the fad of Cadillac Escalades on 20's was in, he went out and bought two. One for show that had the platinum rims that still moved when you stopped, and one to give to a friend, or whatever.

Now, when it seemed everyone and their uncle's had one, he had come over JC's house, biting his lip, his forehead wrinkled.

"Everyone's got one."

"So?"

"Well... I don't wanna-"

"Get a Sequoia."

Justin had stood dumbfounded for a few seconds before giving JC a playful smack on the lips, bounding out the room before heading to the local dealership.

He arrived the next day with a shiny black Sequoia with its shiny rims and its glistening exterior. The hood ornament was plaqued and JC smirked at how well Justin spent his money. Or maybe, easily was the right word.

But the one thing JC loved about Justin's car was they could spend a day in them and not be bored. They all had little twists and secret gadgets Justin acquired from being such a celebrity.

"Hop in, baby." Justin had smiled and slid into his seat again and JC did so, pulling his sunglasses from his back pocket, stuffing a hand further to make sure he had his cell phone. It looked like a long day.

--------------------------------------------------------------

"So, I was thinking. Well- Ooh, want McDonalds? Anyway, we're going camping."

JC tried not to choke on his own saliva as the words left Justin's mouth so nonchalantly, the blonde looking unaffected as he turned into the McDonalds.

"No Justin."

Justin turned with a raised eyebrow. "How can you say no?"

"Easy. N. O. I mean we don't even have a tent-"

"We have my car."

JC narrowed his eyes. "We don't have any food-"

Justin wordlessly pointed to the back. JC looked slowly and groaned as he saw the brown Safeway bags sitting nicely against the black and gray leather seats.

JC continued anyway. "I don't have any clothes."

"Oh but you do." Justin grinned and the car scooted up. "What do you want?"

JC looked over the menu as best he could and then mumbled a, "Caramel Sundae."

Justin grinned, nodding and continued. "I brought extra with me. I'm sure you can fit mine." He pinched JC's side for good measure and the older man growled.

"Well, we don't have anywhere-"

"Dude. JC. Chill. Its a surprise, but I promise you'll have fun."

JC shook his head, crossing his arms. He wasn't one to hide his dissatisfaction when he wasn't happy with something.

Justin pulled up, patting JC's thigh quickly. "Hey, can I get a number two with Dr. Pepper and no onions, please. And uh, a Caramel Sundae with no nuts. Thanks."

The camp ground was beautiful. In one word, yes.

To JC it seemed like a picture straight out of Bambi, and he wouldn't be surprised if that thumping skunk came out and started talking to him, rolling around in flowers.

"Dude, its a rabbit that thumps. The skunk just rolls around in the flowers and says, ‘Perty flowers' in that weird to kiddish voice." Justin had corrected him when he had mentioned it. JC just scowled, throwing the young blonde a, "Don't you know everything." look.

"So, we're going to sleep in your car? How uncomfortable is that?"

Justin stretched a she walked around, gathering small sticks and twigs, a huge grin lighting his face.

"You'd think you were on the rag or something." he muttered in response but his grin didn't falter.

JC looked sharply at him and shook his head. "Sometimes I have to remind myself I even talk to you."

Justin grinned. "‘Cause you wanna get into these pants, baby." Justin teased as he threw the bundle of sticks onto the burnt ashes where earlier fires had been.

The blonde smirked and sat in the car, the door wide open. "Panties, you mean." he quipped and Justin flipped him off with a long even finger. "And what are you doing?"

"Gathering kindle." Justin replied as if it was a known fact.

"Oh, you're kidding me. Just... oh, forget it. I'm taking a nap."

Justin grinned as he watched JC struggle to get comfortable in the front seat, his grin only getting wider as he continued on his way to get more sticks.

------------------------------------------------------------

It was freezing. No, JC guessed it was below freezing.

The fire was blazing, creating their soundtrack for the night and JC curled up against Justin as best as he could. His sleeping bag didn't work, the zipper had popped up immediately and so he had to settle for the one man Justin had. Not that the blonde had minded.

"So, then I was like, ‘Yo. Who the fuck do you think you're talking to?' and you should have seen the girl's face. Yeah, bet she wished she hadn't made fun of us earlier, dumb broad. And then she had the balls to ask me for my autograph! After she called us pussy white boys who can't sing worth shit. Yeah, fucking, right." Justin was still talking about past experiences and JC's stomach gurgled with content. Dinner was good. Nothing better than some chips and salsa to fill up on.

"Ah." Justin finished and then stretched inside the small confines. "Wanna get to bed?" he asked and JC nodded sleepily.

"We leaving tomorrow?"

Justin gave him a lopsided grin. "Maybe."

JC's eyes narrowed on their own. "Damn you, Timberlake."

"Mmm-hmm. I'm sure."

The crawled up from the ground, JC bundling up in the sleeping bag while Justin put out the fire. They climbed into the car silently, and Justin noticed the look on JC's face.

"It folds out. Watch." And the seats folded back and forwards and suddenly there was a large, bed like space before JC and he smiled at Justin.

"You and your damn cars." he grinned as he threw the blanket over the vast plane, turning towards the bag Justin had brought. "I'm getting my stuff." He picked at a blue over sized shirt and then fingered some of Justin's boxers. "You should have told me we were going." He said with a sigh. "I don't want to wear your boxers."

Justin rolled his eyes and scuffled with a little doo hickey on the dashboard. "Whatever." he said and JC did just that.

When the brunette came back, all clean and refreshed, he nodded to Justin who was on his way to the bath house himself. He returned minutes later, looking bright.

"What are you cheesing about?" JC asked as he climbed into the back, sighing as he settled on the rather plush top. "This is pretty comfortable."

Justin followed him and they buried themselves under a blanket Justin had whipped out, laughing at JC's glare. He picked up a big pillow and JC smiled fondly at him.

"Prepared, much?"

Justin grinned. "Of course... God, how nice is this?"

JC had to agree. Lying on a comfortable seat with a warm Justin nestled up to you was pretty nice.

"Night, C." Justin mumbled and buried his head close to JC's ear, his lips leaning into to brush against the brunette's earlobe.

JC moaned softly and nodded, his eyelids dropping instantly.

---------------------------------------------------------------

JC woke up to being cold. No matter how much cover he had on him, he was still shivering and he cursed Justin as he remembered where he was.

"Ga... Just..." he mumbled and he reached out, his finger coming in contact with warm skin, the heat shedding from the lump of man.

"Hm?" Justin turned with sleepy eyes that weren't quite open yet. He came closer and JC drew him in his arms, sighing once again as he was warm.

"Thanks."

Justin smiled against his neck and shook his head. "No problem."

But later on, when JC had fallen back asleep only to wake up an hour after, he noticed a little problem. The problem in between Justin's thighs that was nudging against JC's hip. Well, not exactly little but ya know...

Not the first time, now. Oh no. But it didn't mean that it was any less serious. Because when Justin was hard, JC was hard. It was just a chain reaction.

And when JC felt the smooth sweep of chapped lips across the base of his neck, he closed his eyes and groaned.

Wet lips trailed up his neck, and Justin smiled against JC's cheek. "Mmm, wouldn't it be hot?"

JC had to chuckle because that line was getting old. "Well, it was hot in your Prowler, and your Escalade, and your BMW drop top, and your Benz and your Beamer and your Ferrari. What makes you think it won't be hot in here?"

Justin narrowed his eyes at the smart remark. "Hush your mouth."

And then, in a wonderfully familiar blur, Justin's hands were once again on his hips and his hands slapped against the opaque window, his hand making a wet trail as it slipped down the slick glass.

--------------------------------------------------------

That was another nice thing about Justin's cars. You could sit in them, in the longest bout of silence in the history known to man and be as comfortable as ever.

The music was on, but low enough that JC couldn't make out the words, Justin's mouth moving silently against his ear. His lips moved around the words and JC sighed, so comfortable he could have died happy.

"Ooh the lost and lonely. Ever since the way you looked at me, love is not a want, love is now a need. This is if you want to hold me." the blonde murmured softly.

JC couldn't help his reply. "God, you're absolutely wonderful." He let the words spill from his mouth from his chest with out embarrassment. Justin knew how he felt, it was nothing new.

The blonde smiled, smoothing a hand over JC's naked belly button. "And you're perfectly precious."

JC grinned and closed his eyes, the feeling of sleep overwhelming him again.

--------------------------------------------------------

They were on their way home, Justin's hand resting nicely in JC's as he steered with his left. The radio screeched until the Ying Yang Twin's new one came on, Justin grinning to himself as his head instinctively started to bop.

JC looked out at the scenery passing by them. Though his eyes blurred every once in a while and everything turned into a swirled, it was all so beautiful and he had forgotten what home country felt like. Not the Bahamas or South Africa or even Brazil. The hidden hills of California or Louisiana or the beautiful scenes of trusty old Maryland.

When Justin's hand tightened around his for a second, JC looked over quickly, noting the silent smile on his lover's lips.

--------------------------------------------------------

Chris was over, inspecting Justin's new ride out, running a rough finger over the soft leather interior.

"Did good, son." he smiled and Justin grinned and reached out to flick a bug off the hood.

"Yeah, got it for a good price. Gave the dude an autographed CD for his nephew. Check this out..." The sounds were muffled as the two stepped into the car and JC walked back to his own car, laughing genuinely when he heard Chris' falsetto scream of, "God, man. What seats?! Just tell me what seats! Please, just.... Oh god. Save them, please?"

He turned around before getting in and caught Justin's glance and winked. He looked down at the car, and even though it wasn't one of his favorites, it still made him smile at the story it could tell.
