- Agreed full rental payment must be made latest when equipment is delivered to event venue or earlier, failing
which will result in deposit being forfeited and rental cancelled.
- The hirer is liable for the full value of the said equipment in the event of damage or loss.
- When equipment is being delivered, the hirer has to check for functionality, afterwhich claim of DOA is not valid.
- The renter may request a deposit of monetary amount or personal photo ID (eg. IC, passport) which will be
returned at the end of rental.
- The hirer must ensure that the event is properly licensed & conducted, the said equuipment is not liable for any ill
consequence of the event.
- All equipment must be used under or close to shelter, in case of adverse weather must be sheltered.
- All rental quoted include delivery, setup & collection, unless specified.
- The renter disclaim all liability and claim of personal injury during the rental.
- Where additional items are required to be rented when delivery of the equipment, the hirer must pay on the spot
the cost of additional rental items and addtional transport where applicable.
