| Stop 4, our third dog on day 2, was at Super Duper Weenie. To tell the truth, outstanding anywhere else, but the most disappointing of the trip. A little too precious. These are split, grilled (not deep-fried) dogs. The meat is tasty, but they have too many "theme" dogs-- I got the Southern dog, Louise the Chicago dog. Too whored-up for our tastes. It should be noted that chili is basically a pepper sauce in this area. The fries were excellent! And a great drink selection. Next: Yankee Doodle. |
