more and more adults 
see this as a 
wonderful time to 
PARTY PARTY PARTY!

Commercial interests have 
recognized
the money to be made
and greater quantities 
and more 
complex products
are produced each year
to help celebrate
ALL HALLOWS EVE

Our contemporary 
"observances" 
are based in old
CELTIC traditions 
but many cultures
have celebrated some
form of observance
for the dead

ALL HALLOWS 
is one of the
principal festivals 
of WICCA
Wiccans 
are more commonly
thought of as Witches
Witches have been 
vilified for centuries
and "unspeakable" acts
have often been 
attributed to them
Wicca as a religion 
does NOT condone "evil"
however to some, 
ANYTHING 
different from 
their own religion
is "evil"
Certainly there have been 
some individual 
"witches" who
have crossed the line of
even the most 
liberal definition
of acceptable 
human behaviour.
BUT this is also the case
for SOME individuals 
of ANY 
religion, creed 
or philosophy
It clearly has 
not justified the
wholesale burning
and torture
of witches that has
occured throughout
history.

Any representaion
of witches 
on these pages 
is NOT meant
to add to the stereotype
of the "Evil Witch"
