PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS |

To confirm your tour you must send us 30% of the tour cost as advance payment to confirm your booking. |

|
|
|
|
|
Remaining balance amount must be paid to us prior to group departure. This balance amount can also be paid in Kathmandu on arrival. |

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS |
|

|
|
|
If you cancel your tour with less than two weeks notice there will be cancellation charge of US$200/- and US$100/- for cancellation with more than two weeks notice. |

If tour is cancelled from our side due various unavoidable circumstances you will get a full refund of your payment sent to us. |

TOUR OPERATION |

Milarepa Travels will operate the tour subject to having received a minimum booking from 8 persons. If the tour cannot be operated due to insufficient pax full refund will be made. |
