My heart skips a beat
As if I just completed
An amazingly difficult feat
It's hard to explain
The rush of emotions I feel
It's like I am spinning around
In circles on a wheel
One moment I feel safe and secure
When you hold me in your arms, so tight
Another I'm confused and worried
And my heart is full of fright
I don't know where this will lead
Or if we have a future or not
But until then I'll just say
That I really like you a lot!
