Today
this site, a favorite among adventure enthusiasts and students of
rock-climbing, is used for field training, camping and hiking.
The COLEM and MOLEM forest areas located in it's close proximity have already been declared as National Wildlife Sanctuaries and renamed as Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary. The area protects several endangered species of flora and fauna and is very popular among tourists.

Immense
peaks on three sides and a breath- taking valley on the fourth grip the
selected site; good enough to draw anyone back to his roots
mother nature.
The site bears close proximity to the railways and the Dongurh river which is frequented by water sports enthusiasts; white water rafting being the prime sport. The surrounding rocks comprise of METAGRAWAKES-rock which has excellent hand-hold and foot-hold capacity to be amongst the best natural description available for rock-climbing

This Totally influenced my thinking and confirmed to me the fact that any man-made structure in this land not only could but also would spoil the terrain and the natural setting.

The ideal would be achieving an architectural solution for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts which does not conflict with the surroundings but protects it's long term benefits from possible human destruction.
