MILITIA RESEARCH CENTER is to gather information, study, & exchange information on irregular warfare as it applies to small units conducting independent actions while operating in civilian environments during operations other than war.
These environments & areas of action include but are not limited to urban, rural,
northern - cold weather,
riverine - coastal & inland waterways.
The purpose of the
MILITIA RESEARCH CENTER is to bring to the attention of the public reader the complex national security issues presented by the existense of the organized MILITIA, unorganized MILITIA, & State Defense Forces as it applies to Homeland Security & Homeland Defense within each state & the nation.
