5-0 grind
1. the 5-0 is a lot like the 50-50 except the back foot is placed on the tail and you lean back to get the nose off the grind.

1. pop an ollie and make sure you get high enought to get the back truck above the coping

2. land on the coping with all your weight on the tail

3. lift the nose off the grind

4. hold your balance untill the end of the grind

5. as the end of the grind aproches start to lean forward to even out the board.

6. land with you feet above the bolts

7. land with knees bent to endure the impact

8. roll away clean
