Heelflip
The heelflip is pretty strange feeling when first starting to learn but after a bit of pratice it gets simple.

1, place back foot on end of tall and front foot in middle of board with toes slightly hanging off

2. pop tail and jump high

3. suck legs up, slide foot foward and kick away from board.

4 let board rotate under your feet.

5. catch board with back foot directly on the bolts

6 place front foot on bolts and land while bending knees to absorb impatc

7. roll away smoothly
