1. pop an ollie and turn at a 90 degree angle
2. land with all your weight on your front foot
3. push the board foward and keep your balance on the nose
4. wait till to the end of the rail then start to get ready to pop off
5. when you get to the end turn back to the direction you started and level out the board by putting your weigh back on your back foot
6. land with your knees bent to absorb the impact
7 roll away cleanly
