Varial Heelflip
The varial heelflip is not a hard trick to get to flip bit gets hard to land on correctly because all of the flip and rotation is behind your and hard to spot your landing.

1. set back toe on the inside corner of the tail and front foot with toes hanging off in the middle of the board.

2. pop tail and kick it away from your body  to get the varial rotation

3. kick front foot forward to get heelflip rotation

4. jump as high as you can and get feet away from the rotation of the board

5. catch board directly on the bolts

6. bend knees to absorb impact

7. roll away clean
