"You are a human, a human!!!" screams an enraged Velg. "The very enemy we are sworn to destroy!!!" The battle arena had been moved for this specific battle, for Velg is a sea creature, and it would be
"Engage Dodgeball Suit!" shouts Dexter, and his backpack suddenly grows arms and legs to form...a robot with Dexter in its center. Velg surfaces his Phantom Ship, and hops in, giving the order to launch several SAMs from the vessel's torpedo tubes. Having read his opponent's dossier, Velg knew what Dexter was capable of and had a stockpile of man-made weapons at his disposal. Dexter dodges some of them, but one hits his mech on the leg. He retaliates by firing two sticks of TNT from a launcher on his arm. They hit the Ship, but does nothing more than knock a few antennas off. He then brings the explosive dodgeballs to bear on the ship, and they hit.
Dexter then gets into a robot replica of himself. He dives below and is hit by seven torpedoes. Manuvering his mech around like mad, Dexter fires his fists at the submarine and punches two dents in the side of the vessel. In the meanwhile he gets shot at by more torpedoes and missiles. Suddenly Velg orders his sub to turn tail and run, leaving several depth charges lying around. Dexter merely blasts them with lasers on his mech's arms, then gives pursuit.
Dexter suddenly finds himself facing a giant whale blocking his way. he stops and the whale dives below him to reveal...the Phantom Ship! It launches eight torpedoes point blank in his face and Dexter ejects himself from his mech.
"Hmm...it seems that I have underestimated him...ah-HA!" With that, Dexter pushes a button on his wristwatch, and another robot appears. It had the cockpit of a WW2 bomber, but was vaguely humanoid in shape. Holding a giant gun in one hand, a box of missiles on each shoulder, and a sword in the other as well as lasers on the torso. He jumps back into the sea and is glad to see that Velg thinks he has won this battle. Opening up a comlink, Dexter calls Velg.
"I am Dexter, boy-genius, and I am here to show you that you are stupid!" Firing all his missiles at the submarine, Dexter then brings the lasers to bear. They explode all over the Phantom Ship, and the only sound that was heard was Velg screaming, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" as his ship begins to sink.
"Well Mr. Velg, nice meeting you but I really must get going now." Dexter flies his mech up Mount Hua to the Round 2 arena, leaving a very pissed Velg.
