We are over 80 members strong and we provide many activties for area youth.
We cover a large area in south central Nebraska including the towns of Axtell, Hildreth, Wilcox, Norman, Heartwell, Macon, Campbell, & Franklin
The main purpose of this site is to pass along information about our club to prospective new members and to inform our current members of upcoming events.

Membership in the Minden Optimist Club is open to all adults who share a common interest in providing wholesome activities for youth in our area. Our meetings are held weekly at Red River Steakhouse on Thursdays at noon. Each week we have a featured speaker from the area. This allows our members to stay current on local events, businesses, youth activites and other area information. Meeting attendance is encouraged, but not required. We ask that each member help out with at least one activity per year. Dues are $70 per year payable in October. There is a one time registration fee of $15 for new members.
