Updated: 12/21/98 Hi there! We've bought a house! We closed on 12/11/98, took possession on 12/14, and the movers came on 12/17! Some were skeptical but we made it in before Christmas! The house is a Tudor built in 1947. It is in Denver proper, about 15 minutes (when there's no traffic) south of Downtown. More specifically, it's one block south of Bonnie Brae, 2-3 miles south of Cherry Creek Mall. The house is a one-story with a full, mostly finished basement. It supposedly is 1100 sq. ft. on each level, 2200 sq. ft. total, but we think that the actual living space may be a little less than that. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room, and small wonderful kitchen with a semi-circular breakfast nook. The basement has another bedroom, ¾ bathroom, family room, small office, laundry room, and storage. Here are some pictures of the house before we closed (so all the furnishings were the sellers'). Just to keep your expectations down, some of the pictures actually make the house bigger and nicer than it actually is. But each day we're in it, we love it more and more!
