Brags...

Of course I'm proud of each of our "Lil' Beauties" and in my eyes, they are all stars. But every so often, one truly shines. While this brag page is for them, it is particularly for their owners, whom I applaud.

Lexi

I suppose nobody was more surprised than I was to hear that Amy Blackburn, owner of  three year old Lexi, had decided to take on the challenge of training Lexi to try out for the part of Toto, AND that Lexi got the part. WOW! Lexi is shown here with "Dorothy" played by Kim Jackson. The play ran from Sept. 15th through Oct.21 2006 and was a HUGE success. I also heard that Lexi had a BLAST! The latest news is that Lexi has now, officially, become a Therapy dog! Congratulations! I applaud you, Amy and Lexi.

In 2007, Lexi was asked to present an Annie Award, AND she also received one for her past performance!  Way to go Lexi!!

Shadow

Kathleen Boucher and Roger Shockley have been working with their boy, Shadow, from the start, beginning with simple puppy classes. Kathleen is now Shadow's handler and they are competing in "Rally." Shadow has earned his Canine Good Citizen certificate, and, as of March 2007, has also earned his Rally Novice (RN) title. I applaud you, Kathleen, Roger, and Shadow

In May 2007, Shadow received his Rally Advanced title at the Atlanta Obedience Club. Shadow also received his American Temperament Testing (TT) in Cummings GA. Way to go Shadow!!
