NSR Style Rear Sets
The stock footpegs that were on the US model ZB50 were mounted right under the engine (similar to the Honda Z50s and CT70s). The footpegs mounted in this location were comfortable for an average scooter rider, but looked really really bad! It really took away the performance look of a real racing ZB. This is actually my second attempt at making footpegs for this ZB. The first time I used CBR style foot pegs which looked nice, but were a little too large for the ZB. This time I used a set of footpegs off of a NSR50 racer.  The adapter plates are made from 1/4" aluminum on a Bridgeport 3 axis CNC milling machine. Additional crossmembers were added under the frame to stiffen it up. Shift and brake linkages were also custom modified. The rear sets alone have greatly transformed the stock ZB50 scooter into a real street racer!!!
Here is a picture of the CNC machined adapter brackets. They are made out of 1/4" 6061 Aluminum.

A view of how the parts bolt up. Custom aluminum spacers were also made on a CNC lathe.
Aluminum crossmembers were added to strengthen the frame.
