My plans for project ZB50 includes making a supercharger or turbocharger. I went to Japan again this summer of 2002 (more about that later) and was looking for a turbocharger off of a 600cc K cars Unfortunately, they were really expensive and I was running out of money, so I could not get one. Turbocharging this ZB motor will require a lot of plumbing, but it will harness the exhaust gases for increased engine power. Supercharging draws engine power which I don't want to lose, but I may go this route if I can't find a turbo soon. Once forced induction (turbo or supercharger) is ready, internal engine modification will be required. Stay tuned on this interesting project!!! |
