| Welcome to the mini tuning section of my page. As you have probably noticed, I almost never leave my bikes stock! It's either my bike does not have enough power, or that I it does not look right to me. Something needs to be always changed! I have been into this hobby of riding, repairing and tuning Honda mini-bikes for over 15 years! I custom designed these rearsets for the Yamaha YSR50/80. These rearsets are CNC machined from billet Alcoa 3/8" and 3/16" aluminum. Features adjustable two position footpegs (factory and 1" higher/rear), heel guard protection, and mounting boss (8mm threads) on the left peg for linkage style shifting. Includes all stainless steel mounting hardware (I can make them with master brake cylinder mount if you have rear disk brakes). These rearsets would be perfect for your race or show YSR! This kit will bolt any year CT90/ACT90/CT110/ATC110 motor onto your CT70 frame (all years). Included is a heavy duty machined steel engine bracket plus modification of the engine mounts on your engine. Buyer will need to send the engine to me and cover shipping costs both ways. 3 Speed Semi-Automatic to 4 Speed Semi-Automatic (Or 3 speed automatic to 4 speed clutch) Transmission Conversion
$175
This conversion will make your 3 speed semi-automatic Z50 or CT70 into a 4 speed semi-automatic (or 3 speed semi-automatic to 4 speed clutch-ZB50). The 4th gear really helps out with top end speed! With a 4 speed transmission the gear ratios are much closer, meaning that your engine will be near it's peak power band much longer (meaning more power)! Nobody will know that it's a 4 speed except you! Great for tricking out your competitors! Just shift down like a regular 3 speed, but push up (or down) one more time for 4 gear! You supply your 3 speed engine (Z50, CT70); 4 speed manual clutch engine (CT70H, SL70, XL70, CL70) and misc parts (as needed-usually just a gasket set). Will require complete tear down of both engines. Includes internal transmission case modification and my custom machined heat treated shift linkage. Buyer pays shipping both ways. |
