Ministry of Attack Airsoft Famas SV Review
Note: I bought this gun SECOND HAND so any inacuracies in this review of the guns performance will be due to this fact.

Features:

Safe, Semi, Full Auto modes. Cheek peice, spring tension release button. Large battery.

Reliability:

The Tokyo Marui FAMAS is a VERRY sturdy gun, not one part of the gun is ever likely to fall off!  Everything on the body of the gun is made from rugged ABS plastic that has a realistic synthetic matte apearence.

The internals on the famas include an EG560 mounted horizontally in the gearbox which seems to be more reliable than the vertical mounting on other marui AEG's.

My FAmas was an ex-rental gun, and still lasted a year of skirmishing befor I sold it on, and I belive it is still going now! (it must be about 6 years old!)

Firing:

Don't belive those who say that the EG560 motor provides a poor rate of fire, the FAMAS AEG can pumb out the plastic at an alarming 900-1000 rounds per minute! The range and accuracy are on par with an M16 series rifle while it is only a little longer than a Sub Machine Gun.

Accesories:

A scope can be mounted on top of the handrail, and a lasor/flashlight can be mounted to the barrel using marui rings. The bipod from the Famas F1 can also be installed.

Verdict:

The FAMAS will last you years and is a great compromise for those who cant decide between a full size assault rifle and a sub machine gun.
