Ministry of Attack Airsoft M16VN
Appearance ****

The overall appearance of this gun is good (the same standard as any other TM product).  Although in my opinion none of the TM AEG’s live up to the excellent finish on the MP5 series. The finish on both the metal and plastic parts is two a high standard.

Features ***

The M16VN doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of TM’s latest offerings, but this does not stop it being a very functional rifle.  The hop-up adjustment is done using a rotary dial hidden away behind the bolt cover (which has to be prized open to access it). Fully adjustable front and rear sights come as standard.

Performance ****

The M16 performs and functions as well as any other marui AEG, which means the range is about 30 to 40 meters (although the manual quotes 50), rate of fire isn’t noticeably any different to any other AEG I have ever used. That said, you will eat through a 300 round hicap mag in no time at all!

Reliability *****

There have been three different Armalite series rifles in MoA for a long time now and none of them show any signs of giving in yet

Upgrades *****

I am not even going to try and list the accessories available for the M16 series, but one or other of the many Japanese retailers have catered anything you could possibly want. Rebel Troop offer a fine selection of accessories and upgrades for the M16, give their website a look http://www.rebeltroop.com

Conclusion

A very good all round rifle, a little long for my tastes but still an excellent choice for beginner and expert alike.
