Ministry of Attack Airsoft Marui M203 Review
The M203 is basically a SPAS12's internals in an M203 's shell.

I do not have R.I.S. System so i am just installing it in place of the lower hand guard.

First impressions.

I recieved my M203 on early morning Christmas Day.  The first thing i noticed was all the engravings of all the US government and colt markings.  It appears on first sight to be well built.  Also i noticed how well the colour scheme of the M203 was the same as the actual M4.  This is makes the gun look alot better than if i was to say have a Sunproject grenade launcher which wouldn't match the paint.

Installing.

Installation was a pretty easy job even for an engineering failure like me.(Chiff: He couldn't even light a match.)  They supply a new fuse box section which has to be replaced whichis fairly simple/  After installing it and then realising that i'd missed the trigger guard which latches onto the gun, undoing it all and then fixing it all back on, I picked the gun up and it felt really sturdy and even helped to cure the barrel wobble problem.

Firing.

To be able to cock the gun properly you really need to shoulder the rifle correctly and with a pull it cocks.  Now to actually fire it.  The trigger has a little bit of play in it but just requires a little tug.  The M203 is quite powerful and the bb's spread quite at about 2 feet over about 20 feets distance (thats just an estimate from sitting by the computer.)  But if two people are quite near together it is possible to get 2 kills at once.  I confess I did it with my Spas-12.

The shell itself is exactly the same as the old red shotgun shells used by the spas or benelli just that the M203 ones are green.  Both types are compatible in each different weapon though.
To reload the gun there is a a button just above the cocking handle which you have to push and hold while pushing the cocking handle fowards along the outer barrel.  There is a switch which when pulled backwards releases the shell into your hand.

The M203 is possibly a bit pricey but then what isn't in airsoft ;).  For those wondering if it actually makes a worthy sidearm I would definitly say yes, especially after having to call on it after running out of bb's in my M4 at a critical time.

All in all a good back-up weapon and deserves  8/10.
