Dinos -- By Park Joon-Seok

I like dinosaurs. I love them. Ever since I first realized dinosaurs once existed, I have liked them. Many movies about dinosaurs get me excited. As It is clear that there are no dinosaurs on the earth now, this point makes dinosaurs very engrossing animals.

Before I entered this school, I spent lots of time gathering information, pictures, movie clips, and books on dinosaurs. Plus, I have been enjoying this little hobby of drawing them. That is my favorite hobby, in fact. I knew my talent would grow, as a result of my love of dinosaurs. And I practiced every day. In viewing my pictures, most people say that I am a good artist and encourage me.

I once knew almost 250 kinds of dinosaurs and was able to recite their names like: Tyrannosaurus, Stegosaurus, or Bambiraptor-something. But now, living here at KMLA, tons of schoolwork keeps me from enjoying my hobby. There is simply not enough time to do both my schoolwork and invest in my hobby. So I am sometimes a bit dismal for this reason.

Sometimes I recall my past when I could do whatever I was really eager to do, and I would do it all. However, I do not have that freedom now. Most likely, I shall have to focus on my schoolwork, only--until I graduate from KMLA. So, until that time, I think I must find a way to preserve my knowledge and talent about dinosaurs. Then, sometime in that near future, I may recover the glory days past, enjoying these efforts again.
