"Moloch has a swampy Old School sound. Churning, humid riffs laden with septic reverb pile drive listeners, and foul Doom interludes make sure ears are mashed. The cymbals clamor-n-shake like a voodoo witches hips. Interesting is how an abysmal rumble rolls off the bass drums, but the snare and tom toms shaking makes the kit sound loose and tight. The bass is a raw raunchy rumble with low-end vibrations powerful enough a seismologist could read them off a scale. The vocalist sounds like he graduated summa cum laude from the Paul Speckmann School of Gravel Growls, and random shrieks counterbalance crushing Doom passages splendidly. Fun too is how each song has some sort of catchy passage… Fuck, the whole damned demo sounds like a group of alligators eating construction workers."
