INNER BEING
Crystal
Real Grown-up Dietitian and Diabetes Educator

Though she walks with an air of confidence and "lust-for-life" outlook she sometimes describes herself as "freakishly self-conscious" and "inconveniently anxiety ridden".

Her body bears one tattoo of an ankh on the back of her left shoulder - the tattoo that she had wanted since the days of her youth - she actually thought that she might grow up one day and regret it, though she now knows that she will never grow up.

Female Human 5'4", fat (but shrinking)
She has greenish hazelish eyes that watch everything and see only what she wants to.
She has curly tousled auburn hair that falls midway down her back

Worn as shirt - white cotton tank-top
Worn as pants - lightweight summer capri pants
Worn as shoes - bare feet, for lounging around in comfort

Held in left hand - Camomile tea with Kamahi honey
Held in right hand - computer mouse

Her Important Belongings

Computer - for facebooking and other such creative projects, oh and endless emails
Camera - for taking endless pictures of food and anything else that looks interesting
Piles and piles of disorganized files and soon-to-get to projects.
Cell Phone -
uncharged again, oops

Minraed Today
I'm still out here and connected very closely to my computer. I just don't have the time to enjoy Thresh anymore. Very sad. I miss it alot.
I can be found on Facebook if you know who to look for.
If you connect to my real-world website (link below) there are other ways to find me.
So you really want to know more do you?  Well, there is an emergency escape button at the bottom of the page. If you find it too much reality to take then just slip back into Minraed's world.
WHEN I GROW UP...

Well I did it, I finally have my degree in Human Nutritional Science I have completed my internship, and recently my Certified Diabetes Educator designation.

Now I'm a real, grown-up,
Registered Dietitian

Wish me luck in the
Real World!
CHEF WANNABE

I never did end up entering Culinary School but I do love to cook and I have had some guidance from Chefs I have worked with over  the years.

Recently I started up an eating, drinking and learning about food club called
Tip the Chef
LAS VEGAS

I got married in Las Vegas and it was great fun. Having been to about 15 weddings, been in 5 wedding parties, and having worked as a wedding and banquet coordinator at a golf club, I had my due share of weddings and was not interested in any of that.

So the chapel was quaint and not tacky, the ceremony was touching and the trip was a blast. All hassle free.
I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want all the trouble of a traditional wedding, or to those who want to avoid their family.
TORONTO

I lived most of my life in Toronto and it's suburbs and loved it all, but somewhere along the line I needed out.

Then I needed to come back, so as of September 2002 I am back home in the big city again.

It's a wonderful place with so much to do. You really must visit sometime. Theatre, Art, Culture, Party and nite life, Dining, Sports, Liesure.. it has it all.

I will never be able to relive the Toronto I once experienced but I love it all the same.
