BELAK SETTLES IN
Wade Belak has played in 12 of the past 13 games, easily his busiest stretch of the season, and the game he missed was because of injury. Although his value is as a utility man, Belak has been used more often recently as a defenceman.
"Am I finding a groove?" Belak said. "I think so. When you play a lot of games in a row, you get your confidence and you are not really afraid to go out and make mistakes.
You are not as nervous as you would be when you're in and out all of the time. Hopefully I can contribute somehow and help get us out of this slump." |
