Guadalajara & Tequila
We arrived fairly early in the morning in Guadalajara, found a decent place to stay and then headed out to wander around the city.  The centre was very impressive with several squares surrounding the Cathedral.  The following morning we got a bus to Tequila to visit a distillery.  Somehow we made it through the tasting part of the tour even though neither of us like tequila!
Due to torrential rain and flooded streets we jumped on the Tequila Tour Bus! Cores of the Blue Agave (the plant from which tequila is made) being cooked in an oven before the juice is extracted and fermented
