The popup window script is with blue letters;
Select all the script (in blue), copy it and paste it between
<head> HERE </head> tags;

You have to configure the url with orange letters with the url of the web page you want in the popup window;
If the url is a external web site then start it with: "http://";

Other configuration is the size of the popup window and that is on green numbers:

and the other is if you want scroll bars in the popup window then put yes or not where the pink letters are.

Please remember to leave the credits.
