File: 104b-77236 Subj: Psychological Profile of Peter "Blaydrunner" Dublin Senior Omni Medical Technician Serus ....continue transmission..... SOMT: Okay Peter, last time we were talking about dreams. Dublin: That's not my name. SOMT: Ah yes, you don't prefer your given name but rather your chosen one. Why is that? Dublin: Just a prefence, I don't know... SOMT: Such an interesting name I might add. Something of a 20th century reference is it not? Dublin: Something like that. It's from a book I read. SOMT: Yes, you do read alot, don't you? Dublin: When I have the time. SOMT: You seem to have alot of time, ever since you went AWOL, isn't that right, yes? What provoked you to leave? We had such high hopes for you. Dublin: Something I realized.....this, everything.....nothing is worth fighting for. SOMT: Why is that? Don't you feel you owe Omni Tek something? They did give you a job, didn't they? Dublin: I owe them nothing. SOMT: I can see this is angering you, I'll move on. Back to the dreams... Dublin: I don't dream, that's the problem. SOMT: We all dream, it's just sometimes we forget. Dublin: No, I don't dream anymore. Not for a long time. All I have are memories of dreams, recollections. I can't even remember when it was the last time I dreamed. SOMT: That's typical of suspended animation, you were asleep for some time. Dublin: No....it's more then that. Something I wasn't quite sure of, but now it all makes sense. Why I chose this name, why I no longer feel the need to fight for Omni Tek. SOMT: What is that Peter? Dublin: A line....from a book I read a long time ago. Dublin: A line....from a book I read a long time ago. "It is with considerable difficulty that I remember my original era of being.." SOMT: Oh? And what book was that from? Dublin: Frankenstein...... Case Note: Mr. Dublin disappeared shortly after this interview. His whereabouts are as of yet, unknown. |
SIDE TIDBITS- Well, aside form compiling the majority of info found here on Vex's site, I'm also an avid Star Wars fan (see link for homemade lightsaber and Star Wars costume projects), attempted writer, film major, and other stuff you don't really care to read about. However, if you are interested in Cyberpunk stuff, drop me a line via email. If you are interested in lightsabers, let me know. They are easy to build...well, now anyway. One last note: The Mad Capsule Markets are the best freaking techno metal band EVER. |
