Maintaining a dependant's entitlement under the Ontario Disability Support Program is often an important estate-planning goal but where do you start? Understanding the Ontario Disability Support Program is an important starting point. Knowing what a trust is and what is involved in maintaining a trust is essential information for parents who require more complicated estate planning to protect their children.

In this detailed session, many of the estate planning tools for parents of individuals with disabilities will be highlighted such as Disability Maintenance Trusts, discretionary or "Henson" Trusts, Secret Trusts, and bequests.
