Hand Car

My Ozark Miniatures Hand Car kit is complete. It was a very pleasurable kit to construct. Everything fit very well. Some minor filing and cleaning was required. The only significant modification I made to the construction was to increase the size of the holes in two of the wheels. I then covered one end of each axle with insulation from an appropriate sized piece of wire. When fully assembled you then end up with a car that is insulated so it can sit on rail powered track without shorting anything out. I will not describe any futher construction techniques here as I am in Dean's debt for the idea and do not want to give anyone the impression that other than my unique styling, the consturction concept is anything but Dean's.
