Another day.. more of the same ol' thing.  We set up the chip test and got Pamela to check over it to make sure it was kosher.  That was about the time that things went bad.  The instruments weren't working as they should and so she spent the next few hours trying to figure out what was going wrong, only to come to the conclusion (that we had made yesterday) 3 hours later that the Keithley 617 instruments have gone bad.

At that point, we decided to substitute a Keithley 236 for the 617, which also forced us to fix the program that we worked on all yesterday so that the commands were compatible to the different instrument.  This took us the rest of the day because we have yet to figure out why it won't send the data to the computer now. 

Also today, we weren't quite sure if Lindsay was going to make it... this would've been the 3rd day in a row that she wasn't at work.  But she finally showed up around 11:30 am. 

Anyway, tonight I'm going over to Alexandria and playing a little mini-golf with some people from VT.
