Paula came by early this morning to pick me up to go with her and my cousin Brian to the lake.  We spent the day there at the dock lounging around and taking a few rides on the sea doo.  Brian and I rode over to the Munson's to pick up lunch, which we brought back and ate on the dock.  I got a little red in the face... but that happens...

My brother, still in high school, was performing with the band this evening... every year around the end of the 2nd week of band camp they have a potluck and preview at the high school.. all the band members and their families come and bring food to share and eat... and then everyone goes out and watches the band perform the show (or as much of the show as they have learned at this point) for the first time.  I have to brag -- my little brother is not only trumpet section leader and soloist, but he's also the band vice president... all as a junior!
